Fees for cultural tours and experiences will be refunded only if the service is deemed undeliverable by us. Tours may be canceled due to bad weather, illness of the ambassador who delivers the experience, illness of partners like the driver of a cab or bus, illness of a lunch host or cooking instructor etc.
Tours may be canceled due to traffic conditions, political situations, natural disasters or weather forecast warnings, and a variety of human or other factors outside human control.
A FULL REFUND will be given to you in such cases.
CANCELLATIONS BY GUEST:
No refunds will be offered in case of last minute (within 48 hours of the tour start time)
40% refunds will be offered in case the tour is cancelled 1 week to 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the tour or experience)
80% refund will be offered if the service is cancelled 14 days to 1 week before the scheduled start time of the experience.
No refunds can be offered at all on Gift Cards.
No refunds can be offered due to a negative feedback or dissatisfaction of individuals who purchase an experience.
In case you wish to change your tour date to a later date, you may do so in communication with us to find a mutually agreeable date to reschedule to. I a mutually agreeable date cannot be found, cancellation fees will be charged to you as per the policy mentioned above.
