Terms & Conditions of payment and refund

Confirming a service requires you to pay in advance.

Cancelling a service anytime after confirmation attracts a variable penalty dependent on how close to the delivery of the service you cancel. The penalty is as follows for cancellations:l

• 100 percent if the cancellation is last minute (24 hours before scheduled
• tour)
• 75 percent if within 84 hours before the starting of the scheduled service
• 50 percent if within 5 days of the scheduled service
• 25 percent otherwise (effective immediately after confirmation)

REFUNDS:

• Refunds will be provided if the tour is cancelled by the organizer due to
• unforeseen circumstances like natural calamities, political situations,
• unmanageable weather, or emergencies reported by the personnel delivering the experience or service. 
• Refunds for all other cancellation reasons, where the client cancels, will be made only on the above mentioned terms, and will take 10 working days to appear in the client's account. Clients must provide relevant bank details to make this possible.
• Refunds are not offered in cases where the clients are dissatisfied with the service.
